THERAPY & REIKI SESSION
Do you wish to feel calmer and more relaxed? Or let go of any anxiety or stress in your body? This treatment can reset both the mind and body, to a more peaceful balance state of awareness.
This type of therapy works for individuals who experience episodes of silent tension in the body associated with issues related to intense Anxiety; Depression; this reduces both Stress and Trauma, which can manifest if not address as an illness.
Sessions are held online unless requested for a face to face.
Many of my clients, have enjoyed the dual purpose combination of therapy followed by a Reiki treatment, raising issues which they had worked through in depth while attending therapy for a period of time and wanted to try some a treatment to enable to continue a healthier lifestyle during these periods of lockdown over this last year via online.
Under these restrictive stressful conditions has impacted the lives of many people in different ways trying to cope with anxiety and being unable to meet with loved ones as we once were able to in 2019. This is non invasive method to assist their thoughts, feelings and emotions in a healthier way, compared to no management and ultimately leading to further tension and distress for both themselves, their partners and other family members around them leading to potential communication breakdowns.

An old Cherokee is teaching his grandson about life. “A fight is going on inside me,” he said to the boy. “It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves. One is evil–he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.”
He continued, “The other is good–he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith. The same fight is going on inside you–and inside every other person, too.”
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, “Which wolf will win?” The old Cherokee simply replied,”The one you feed.”
